Lucas Fittipaldi is a seasoned Project Controls Specialist with over a decade of experience leading program controls, cost, schedule, and risk management for major scientific and defense programs across the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and National Science Foundation. He is known for his ability to rapidly diagnose complex programmatic challenges, integrate disparate data sources, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership, including military commanders, principal investigators, and Fortune 500 executives.

At Dash360, Lucas focuses on high-integrity schedule development, cost modeling, Earned Value Management, and risk analysis for large-scale R&D and technical programs. He brings deep expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Deltek Cobra, Acumen Risk/Fuse, and advanced data analytics. His background includes leading project controls for the DOE’s High Rigidity Spectrometer project and the NSF’s IceCube Mid-Scale Research Initiative, where he developed baselines, resource-loaded schedules, cost estimates, and quarterly risk analyses supporting CD-2 and CD-3a approvals. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and a Master of Business from the College of William & Mary.
