Cost Estimate Import and Development

We bring your current cost estimate into Dash360 in its existing form, then continue development and performance reporting from within the platform. No starting over, no lost work.

We build a detailed IMS with your team, establishing the logic and dependencies needed to produce an initial critical path and give leadership early visibility into schedule risk.

Resources are assigned to schedule activities to produce a fully resource-loaded schedule, but the real power is in how Dash360 connects cost and schedule in both directions. Start from an activity and see every resource assigned to it, or start from a resource and see every activity it touches. That bidirectional visibility is what makes Dash360’s cost/schedule integration a genuine differentiator, not just a checkbox.

We create or import your Risk Register into Dash360, giving your team a structured, centralized place to track and manage project risk from the start

We generate a complete Cost Book that includes summary and detail reports by WBS, summary reports by resource type (Labor, Nonlabor, and Travel), a staffing plan report, and for NSF projects, Dash360 can generate the NSF Form 1030 report.

We perform schedule and cost risk simulation directly in Dash360 to quantify uncertainty, stress-test your estimates, and support defensible contingency decisions.

We support the full monthly cycle, including schedule status collection, CPR report generation, variance collection, and change control administration.

Actuals are imported from your accounting system on a regular basis to keep earned value calculations current and traceable.
