We don’t hire titles. We look for people who dig in, figure things out, and make everyone around them sharper in the process.

The ideal Dash360 team member is part analyst, part communicator, adept critical thinker and problem-solver, and always a student of the craft. Project controls is a discipline that rewards range: you will be better as a cost analyst if you understand scheduling, better at EVM if you understand risk, and better at all of it if you can translate what the data is saying to a principal investigator, a CAM, or a CFO.

We want people who have the aptitude to become fluent in everything and the drive to master it.

There are no direct-hire positions open at this time, but we are growing and expect to announce openings soon across project controls consulting, software development, and business development.

Dash360 is currently building its consultant network and is seeking experienced project controls professionals for 1099 consulting engagements.
