Rich Grubb brings decades of hands-on project controls experience to the Dash360 team, with a career spanning some of the most complex scientific and research infrastructure projects in the country, from telescope arrays and particle accelerators to NSF-funded research vessels. Since 2018, he has served as Project Controls Manager & Sr. Project Controls Specialist on the NSF MREFC-funded Regional Class Research Vessel program at Oregon State University, building the next generation of floating laboratories for ocean-going scientists. Calling Rich a key contributor would be an understatement. He has trained hundreds of project controls professionals, guided RCRV to an NSF EVM verification, and still loves digging into a gnarly schedule problem, bringing great energy and deep expertise to every project he touches.
